AI có thể hỗ trợ chuyển những yêu cầu đó thành giao diện, cơ sở dữ liệu, chương trình và một sản phẩm có thể chạy được.<\/p>Một trong những thuật ngữ nổi bật nhất của sự thay đổi này là Vibe Coding<\/strong>.<\/p>Nhưng Vibe Coding mới chỉ là bước khởi đầu.<\/p>Phía sau nó đang hình thành một xu thế lớn hơn nhiều: AI-assisted development, Agentic Coding và AI Agents<\/strong> — nơi con người ngày càng chuyển từ vai trò “người trực tiếp viết code” sang vai trò người xác định mục tiêu, thiết kế hệ thống và điều phối các tác nhân AI thực hiện công việc<\/strong>.<\/p><h2>Vibe Coding là gì?<\/h2>Thuật ngữ “Vibe Coding”<\/strong> được nhà khoa học AI Andrej Karpathy phổ biến vào đầu năm 2025.<\/p>Karpathy mô tả một cách lập trình mới, trong đó người phát triển tập trung vào việc mô tả điều mình muốn, quan sát kết quả rồi tiếp tục yêu cầu AI điều chỉnh, thay vì phải trực tiếp nghiên cứu từng dòng mã nguồn.<\/p>Nhà phát triển phần mềm và tác giả Simon Willison sau đó nhấn mạnh một điểm rất quan trọng: không nên gọi mọi hoạt động lập trình có AI hỗ trợ là Vibe Coding.<\/p>Theo Willison, Vibe Coding theo nghĩa ban đầu là trường hợp con người để AI tạo ra phần lớn mã nguồn mà gần như không xem xét chi tiết code được sinh ra. Vì vậy, cách làm này đặc biệt hấp dẫn đối với prototype, thử nghiệm ý tưởng và các dự án nhỏ, nhưng cần hết sức thận trọng khi áp dụng cho những hệ thống sản xuất quan trọng.<\/p>Đây cũng chính là ranh giới giữa:<\/p>Vibe Coding<\/strong> Con người mô tả ý tưởng → AI tạo code → chạy thử → tiếp tục yêu cầu AI sửa.<\/p>và<\/p>AI-assisted Software Engineering<\/strong> Con người xác định yêu cầu → AI hỗ trợ thiết kế và lập trình → con người kiểm tra → AI kiểm thử → review → triển khai → giám sát.<\/p>Sự khác biệt tưởng như nhỏ này lại có ý nghĩa rất lớn đối với doanh nghiệp.<\/p><h2>Từ “Copilot” tới “Agent”: AI không còn chỉ gợi ý code<\/h2>Thế hệ AI lập trình đầu tiên chủ yếu đóng vai trò giống một trợ lý.<\/p>Khi lập trình viên đang viết chương trình, AI có thể dự đoán câu lệnh tiếp theo, sinh một hàm hoặc giải thích một đoạn code.<\/p>Nhưng mô hình này đang nhanh chóng thay đổi.<\/p>Các hệ thống mới đang chuyển sang mô hình Coding Agent<\/strong>.<\/p>Một Coding Agent không chỉ trả lời câu hỏi. Nó có thể được giao một mục tiêu, sau đó tự thực hiện một chuỗi công việc như:<\/p>đọc cấu trúc dự án;<\/p>tìm những file liên quan;<\/p>lập kế hoạch thực hiện;<\/p>viết và chỉnh sửa nhiều file;<\/p>chạy chương trình;<\/p>phát hiện lỗi;<\/p>sửa lỗi;<\/p>viết bài kiểm thử;<\/p>chạy kiểm thử;<\/p>kiểm tra lại kết quả.<\/p>Cursor mô tả agentic coding<\/strong> là việc xây dựng phần mềm bằng cách điều khiển AI agents thay vì tự viết từng dòng chương trình. Người dùng xác định mục tiêu và các ràng buộc; agent sử dụng công cụ để tìm kiếm trong codebase, chỉnh sửa file, chạy terminal và kiểm tra kết quả.<\/p>Đây là một thay đổi rất lớn.<\/p>Con người đang dần chuyển từ:<\/p>Coder → Developer → Software Architect → AI Agent Orchestrator.<\/strong><\/p><h2>AI đang làm thay đổi năng suất phát triển phần mềm<\/h2>Các nghiên cứu quy mô lớn cho thấy AI đã trở thành một bộ phận quan trọng của hoạt động phát triển phần mềm.<\/p>Khảo sát của GitHub với khoảng 2.000 người làm việc trong các nhóm phát triển phần mềm tại Mỹ, Brazil, Đức và Ấn Độ cho thấy các công cụ Generative AI đã được sử dụng rộng rãi trong môi trường phát triển phần mềm doanh nghiệp.<\/p>DORA — chương trình nghiên cứu về hiệu suất phát triển phần mềm của Google — đưa ra một nhận xét đáng chú ý hơn:<\/p><blockquote>AI là một “amplifier” — một bộ khuếch đại.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>AI có thể khuếch đại năng lực của một tổ chức tốt, nhưng cũng có thể khuếch đại những vấn đề của một tổ chức có quy trình yếu.<\/p>Do đó, lợi ích lớn nhất của AI không chỉ đến từ việc mua một công cụ AI mạnh hơn. Nó đến từ việc doanh nghiệp kết hợp AI với quy trình phát triển sản phẩm, quản trị dữ liệu, kiểm thử, kiểm soát chất lượng và văn hóa tổ chức phù hợp.<\/p>Đây là một bài học quan trọng cho doanh nghiệp:<\/p>AI không thể thay thế một hệ thống quản trị yếu bằng phép màu. Nhưng AI có thể làm một hệ thống tốt trở nên nhanh hơn rất nhiều.<\/strong><\/p><h2>Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Replit: một hệ sinh thái mới đang hình thành<\/h2>Một thay đổi đáng chú ý khác là các AI coding tools đang chuyển từ những “chatbot viết code” thành các môi trường làm việc hoàn chỉnh.<\/p><h3>Cursor<\/h3>Cursor phát triển từ một AI code editor thành môi trường làm việc với các AI agents.<\/p>Agent của Cursor có thể tìm kiếm codebase, chỉnh sửa nhiều file, chạy terminal và tự sửa lỗi. Các phiên bản mới còn cho phép nhiều agent thực hiện các công việc song song.<\/p>Michael Truell, đồng sáng lập Cursor, thậm chí mô tả một “kỷ nguyên thứ ba của phát triển phần mềm”<\/strong> — nơi các nhóm AI agent có thể đảm nhận những nhiệm vụ ngày càng lớn trong thời gian dài hơn với ít chỉ dẫn trực tiếp hơn từ con người.<\/p><h3>OpenAI Codex<\/h3>Codex cũng đã phát triển từ công cụ tạo code thành một coding agent có khả năng thực hiện nhiều bước công việc.<\/p>OpenAI mô tả Codex là một agent giúp người dùng viết, review và đưa phần mềm vào sử dụng<\/strong>. Các môi trường Codex mới cho phép quản lý nhiều agent và thực hiện các công việc song song.<\/p>Đến năm 2026, OpenAI tiếp tục mở rộng mô hình này bằng Agents API — cung cấp hạ tầng để các agent có thể sử dụng công cụ, phối hợp với sub-agents, xử lý file và thực hiện những nhiệm vụ kéo dài.<\/p>Một điểm đặc biệt đáng chú ý là phạm vi sử dụng Codex đang vượt ra ngoài cộng đồng lập trình viên. OpenAI cho biết vào tháng 6\/2026, hơn 5 triệu người sử dụng Codex mỗi tuần và khoảng 20% người dùng đến từ các nhóm không phải developer, như phân tích, marketing, vận hành, thiết kế, nghiên cứu và tài chính.<\/p>Điều đó cho thấy một xu hướng rất quan trọng:<\/p>Coding đang dần trở thành một năng lực phổ thông hơn, thay vì chỉ thuộc về các kỹ sư phần mềm.<\/strong><\/p><h3>Claude và Claude Code<\/h3>Nghiên cứu của Anthropic dựa trên khoảng 500.000 tương tác liên quan tới lập trình cho thấy lĩnh vực phát triển phần mềm là một trong những nơi AI được ứng dụng đặc biệt mạnh.<\/p>Claude Code được xây dựng theo hướng một coding agent có thể thực hiện một chuỗi nhiệm vụ phức tạp thông qua nhiều công cụ khác nhau.<\/p>Anthropic cũng ghi nhận mức sử dụng AI cho các hoạt động coding tăng đáng kể khi những mô hình có khả năng reasoning và agentic coding tốt hơn được giới thiệu.<\/p><h3>Replit Agent<\/h3>Replit lựa chọn một hướng khác: đưa quá trình xây dựng, chạy và triển khai phần mềm vào cùng một nền tảng.<\/p>Các thế hệ Replit Agent mới kết hợp thiết kế, lập trình, triển khai và cộng tác, làm cho việc biến một ý tưởng thành một ứng dụng hoàn chỉnh trở nên dễ tiếp cận hơn với cả những người không phải lập trình viên chuyên nghiệp.<\/p><h2>Không chỉ Coding: AI đang kết nối toàn bộ chuỗi sáng tạo sản phẩm<\/h2>Điểm thú vị nhất của cuộc cách mạng AI hiện nay không nằm ở một công cụ riêng lẻ.<\/p>Sức mạnh thực sự xuất hiện khi nhiều loại AI được kết nối thành một AI Production Stack<\/strong>.<\/p>Ví dụ, một doanh nghiệp phát triển sản phẩm số có thể sử dụng:<\/p>AI Research<\/strong> để nghiên cứu thị trường, khách hàng và đối thủ;<\/p>↓<\/p>AI Reasoning<\/strong> để hình thành chiến lược sản phẩm;<\/p>↓<\/p>Generative Design<\/strong> để tạo giao diện, hình ảnh, logo và concept;<\/p>↓<\/p>Vibe Coding \/ Coding Agents<\/strong> để phát triển prototype và phần mềm;<\/p>↓<\/p>AI Testing<\/strong> để tìm lỗi và xây dựng test cases;<\/p>↓<\/p>AI Content<\/strong> để tạo nội dung website, quảng cáo và tài liệu;<\/p>↓<\/p>AI Analytics<\/strong> để phân tích dữ liệu người dùng;<\/p>↓<\/p>AI Agents<\/strong> để tự động hóa một phần vận hành.<\/p>Khi toàn bộ chuỗi này được kết nối, một nhóm nhỏ có thể sở hữu năng lực mà trước đây cần một tổ chức lớn hơn nhiều.<\/p><h2>Giá trị lớn nhất của AI không phải là “thay thế con người”<\/h2>Một quan niệm khá phổ biến là AI sẽ thay thế lập trình viên.<\/p>Thực tế có thể phức tạp hơn nhiều.<\/p>AI đang làm giảm giá trị của một số thao tác kỹ thuật lặp lại, nhưng đồng thời làm tăng giá trị của những năng lực ở tầng cao hơn:<\/p>Khả năng đặt đúng câu hỏi.<\/strong><\/p>Khả năng định nghĩa đúng vấn đề.<\/strong><\/p>Khả năng thiết kế kiến trúc.<\/strong><\/p>Khả năng đánh giá kết quả của AI.<\/strong><\/p>Khả năng hiểu khách hàng.<\/strong><\/p>Khả năng kết hợp công nghệ với mô hình kinh doanh.<\/strong><\/p>Và đặc biệt:<\/p>khả năng biến một ý tưởng thành một sản phẩm mà thị trường thực sự cần.<\/strong><\/p>Trong mô hình cũ, một ý tưởng có thể bị giới hạn bởi khả năng lập trình.<\/p>Trong mô hình mới, rào cản đó đang giảm nhanh chóng.<\/p>Nhưng điều đó cũng đồng nghĩa rằng lợi thế cạnh tranh sẽ dịch chuyển từ:<\/p><blockquote>“Ai biết viết code?”<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>sang:<\/p><blockquote>“Ai biết mình cần xây dựng cái gì — và biết cách điều khiển AI để xây dựng nó tốt nhất?”<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><h2>Những rủi ro không thể bỏ qua<\/h2>Sự dễ dàng của Vibe Coding cũng có mặt trái.<\/p>Một hệ thống có thể “chạy được” nhưng không có nghĩa là hệ thống đó:<\/p>an toàn;<\/p>có khả năng mở rộng;<\/p>không có lỗ hổng;<\/p>tuân thủ quy định;<\/p>có kiến trúc tốt;<\/p>có thể bảo trì lâu dài.<\/p>Simon Willison đưa ra một nguyên tắc rất đáng chú ý đối với phần mềm production: ông không đưa code vào repository nếu bản thân không thể giải thích chính xác code đó làm gì.<\/p>OpenAI cũng nhấn mạnh rằng khi coding agents ngày càng có khả năng tự thực hiện lệnh và tương tác với môi trường phát triển, doanh nghiệp cần thiết lập rõ ràng phạm vi truy cập, các hành động cần con người phê duyệt và hệ thống ghi nhận hoạt động để phục vụ kiểm tra và kiểm toán.<\/p>Do đó, mô hình tốt nhất cho doanh nghiệp không phải là:<\/p>AI thay thế hoàn toàn con người.<\/strong><\/p>Mà là:<\/p>AI thực hiện – Con người định hướng – Hệ thống kiểm chứng.<\/strong><\/p><h2>Từ Software Company tới AI-native Company<\/h2>Có lẽ thay đổi lớn nhất trong vài năm tới không chỉ nằm ở ngành phần mềm.<\/p>Khi AI có thể nghiên cứu, thiết kế, viết chương trình, phân tích dữ liệu và sử dụng các công cụ số, hầu như mọi doanh nghiệp đều có khả năng xây dựng những phần mềm chuyên biệt cho chính mình.<\/p>Một công ty bất động sản có thể tự xây dựng hệ thống phân tích dự án.<\/p>Một doanh nghiệp sản xuất có thể tạo hệ thống dự báo và tối ưu vận hành.<\/p>Một tổ chức nghiên cứu có thể xây dựng AI assistant cho dữ liệu khoa học.<\/p>Một công ty game có thể sử dụng AI để thiết kế nhân vật, lập trình gameplay, thử nghiệm phiên bản và phân tích hành vi người chơi.<\/p>Một doanh nghiệp nhỏ có thể tạo những công cụ nội bộ mà trước đây chỉ các tập đoàn lớn mới đủ ngân sách phát triển.<\/p>Khi chi phí biến ý tưởng thành phần mềm giảm xuống, khả năng thử nghiệm nhanh<\/strong> sẽ trở thành một lợi thế cạnh tranh đặc biệt quan trọng.<\/p><h2>Quan điểm
